  By far the best workout... Chad Skinner and the staff at Fast Fitness Boot Camp do a great job. They give you personal attention and also encourage you to push yourself. I am in the best shape I have been in years. If you are looking to change your life, this is it. If you have real goals and want to work out with real people this is the place to go. I have almost reached my first goal - I am excited to reach for my second goal.

  I had a phenomenal time, participating in the program. The instructors, the workouts and the results were great. It was truly the bad condition of my knees that have led to my decision to stop the program. I only hope that in time and greater strength I will be able to rejoin the program.

They provide it all....a fantastic, energetic and unique 30 minute work out that includes: cardio, strength training and FUN! And the latest in nutritional information. A MUST TRY if you haven't!

  Just a fantastic place. Supportive staff...fun, challenging workouts with a ton of variety. Valerie, Chad and Vince are always willing to answer questions about fitness or nutrition. After only a month, I'm down 15 pounds, feel healthier, and clothes are getting loose! I look forward to the workouts, and go as often as possible. Want to get healthy...lose weight? This is the place to be! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
