  I hate to have to write this but potential new customers need to be warned. First, loved the design and install crew. First piece of advice - DO NOT sign the contract requiring full payment at "completion" of job. I knew better and did it. Add the clause to hold a % until you agree project is complete! Here we are a year later and STILL waiting for a correct panel for my 40K kitchen. They say they are in a legal battle with the manufacturer for payment (?? that is not my problem, I paid and want my kitchen complete). Second note - TERRIBLE communication from Debbie Herzog. I can't tell you how many times I have called and left messages and even stopped by. SHE NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS! Very unprofessional! I am reasonable and expect at least a return call with updates. When I speak to her in person, because I have to actually catch her at the store, she is super nice and gives lots of lip service and promises but does not actually follow through. I am very upset with the way they/she is conducting her professional side of business!!!

  Herzog Kitchen & Bath has been in business for over 38 years, we have dealt with all types of situations that arise. We are very thankful for our customers and try to accommodate all concerns that may come up.
  In most all of our remodel projects we use custom products that can effect the time of a project. With these custom products templates are usually required. These templates can not be completed until a series of other things are completed. At times there can arise an issue with a product after the fabrication of it or at the install. This can be frustrating due to the fact that correcting the problem can delay other products from being completed. With a series of custom products, completion of one may hinge on another. Which can run into to our general 6-8 week completion becoming longer. Unfortunately at times this does happen.
  We do our utmost to expedite corrections.
  Herzog Kitchen & Bath has made a name by delivering timeless kitchens and gorgeous functioning baths along with quality workmanship.
  We love our customers and do try to make all of our customers happy and satisfied even after the project has long been completed.

  7-17-17, shower is still leaking.
  Herzog is snot wanting to order any silicone to patch the holes from all the grout that dissolved.
  
  just an update, after 13 months since they finished the project and 7 months from after resealing the shower when they realized the wrong product was used. apparently pure silicone is required instead of grout or silicone/grout combo from the manufacturer. 6-26-17 another leak developed, pouring into the basement.
  its 7-11-17, and they're still discussing if they can get me more silicone to patch the holes.
  
  We went for a local contractor believing that we would get better service.
  What we got was delay, delay, delay.
  If they tell you 6-8 weeks, expect 14 weeks.
  Be very proactive towards them by asking a thousand questions.
  Try to get very detailed drawings and pictures to confirm what the finished product will look like.
  They like to wait till the last minute to order products which stretches the job out much longer.
  Be very attentive to details on your project, design and products you've picked out.
  You can help them by ordering several things yourself.
  If you've got lost of time to waste, feel free to use them.
  We were very disappointed in the company and would recommend everyone to not hire them.

  Shannon and their crew helped us out on our kitchen and we were spoiled by their attention.
  
  just an update for all my faithful followers.
  well, it took 4 months to finish the job, then 6 more months to fix the leaking shower.
  now the shower is leaking more, the grout has failed.
  the distributor and manufacturer of the grout both swear its not the product.
  herzog's solution was to patch the holes with silicone that doesn't blend with the grout.
  please be wary of this company.
  i signed a contract to get a nice shower and they broke their promise, don't trust them.
