  They used to be the place to eat after church every Sunday. The manager probably years ago now ran it so amazing! Now it's so hit or miss we decided on a new place after church. Servers look like they hide in the back room, not one refill, got moms soda wrong to start off but didn't come back for 30 min until the meal was ready so she had nothing to drink for that time. Honestly don't like the place anymore. At least the food is OK and warm. It came out in two waves 10 minutes from each other but it was hot while half our table ate and then the other half did

  The Manager Jodi was not customer friendly. Refused to honor the all you can eat pancakes as advertised. What I ordered already came with pancakes and was discounted. Second consecutive experience at the location. I will not eat at Glen Carbon IHOP again.
